SORRY, at this time, I will not sell or ship to International buyers. Exceptions can be made for longtime HKJ members, Hawaii, and Mexico residents. Please note for Mexico, tracking is required. Will either be shipped under registered mail or if many items by priority mail medium flat rate box.
***For Italy- don't bother asking for shipping exception. I will not ship to Italy.

Only Google checkout or Paypal payments. Only exception to that rule is that you have to be an active Hello Kitty Junkie for more than two months. And, I emphasize active, meaning that another longtime HK Junkie can recommend you as a trustworthy junkie.
On PAYPAL PAYMENTS, you MUST have a confirmed shipping address or I will not ship. If you do not have a confirmed shipping address, I will refund your money and if it is not fixed in 3-4 business days, I will re-list the item(s) and cancel your order.
Please contact me within 24 hours to let me know when payment will be made. Payments must be made within 5 days.

I will ship within 3 business days upon cleared payment. I charge $1.00 for delivery confirmation.
It is recommended you pay for insurance because I am not responsible for any postal damages or lost packages. Orders that cost over $50 will require an insurance fee.
::Combined Shipping Policy::

If you would like to place an order and WAIT for invoice with combined shipping, then I recommend paying with PAYPAL (gives you an option to place order without paying). Please note that I require a CONFIRMED shipping address. Please check with your paypal account first to see if your address is confirmed before placing an order.
IF YOU USE GOOGLE CHECKOUT: after you pay, I'll return some sort of shipping refund difference back after I ship out the items. I'll have more of an idea how much shipping & GC fee is to calculate your combined shipping total.
ONCE AN ORDER & PAYMENT is received and AFTER I have packed and sealed the package, I cannot open it and add more items if you decide to buy more and would like combined shipping. Please make sure you are done shopping before placing the order for a combined shipping price request.

No returns, sorry. No exceptions. There's a reason why I strongly recommend buying insurance. Purchases that amount to over $50, then the INSURANCE fee is REQUIRED and included in invoice.
